With over seven years’ experience as an environmental and building services engineer, Julie has worked on optimising the environmental performance of both retrofits for listed and historic buildings as well as new-builds ensuring they are fit for the future.
Julie has developed specialised expertise in building fabric performance and actively contributes to sustainable initiatives such as the decarbonisation strategy for a Bristol landmark.

Since 2020, Julie has been tutoring final year MEng students at the University of Bath, guiding them to develop holistic and sustainable building environmental designs in response to a variety of briefs.

Julie enjoys hiking, especially in the mountains, playing football with the Bristol Bees, and knitting.
